Phase I involved refacing 149,478 SF of existing retail space, matching it to the 53,342 SF of additional space built in Phase II. An additional 272 parking spaces were added to the existing 563 stalls. The entire center is a load-bearing block and brick and features a 340′ x 70′ underground stormwater retention area.
