A complete interior renovation of existing walls, floors, MEP system and related attachments. The scope included a 32,000-square-foot facility for Primary Care and Specialty Care, 30 exam rooms, 20 dedicated offices, support space, conference rooms, Nurse Station, four Specialty Procedure Rooms (Cardiology, Dermatology, Neurology, Allergy/Pulmonary) and a break room.
