Krusinski Construction completed a 57,816-SF warehouse for Coates Screen on a 330,402-SF site. The facility features 24-foot clear height, two interior docks, two drive-in doors, and parking for 90 vehicles.
The project began with the renovation of an existing 30,000-SF custom ink manufacturing facility, followed by a 27,816-SF addition. Despite the scale of work, the project was completed within a 10-month schedule, with production interrupted for only four days. Operations continued in the original facility, with Coates Screen transitioning into the new space as construction progressed.
