The renovation and interior build-out of an existing warehouse into a delivery station consisting of 20,900 SF of office space. Upgrades include concrete restoration, warehouse and site lighting and the addition of power/data feeds to material handling equipment and tenant modules, upgraded dock packages, signage and MEP system upgrades. Phase II consists of a parking lot expansion.
