Krusinski Construction Company transformed a 767,000-SF warehouse and single-story office in Romeoville, IL, into a high-efficiency non-sort facility for a leading national e-commerce company. The project included extensive demolition, site improvements, and new construction, replacing outdated systems and infrastructure with modern, high-performance solutions.
Upgrades included a 30,000-SF office, new warehouse bathrooms and break rooms, hydraulic dock levelers, LED lighting, energy-efficient RTUs, pit charging stations, facilities cages, telecommunication and security systems, material handling equipment, and racking. This project marked KCC’s second successful collaboration with this client, delivering a facility designed to optimize workflow and support rapid delivery services.
