Oak Brook, Illinois—Krusinski Construction Company (KCC) congratulates Jerry Krusinski, one of our original leaders and current Executive Chairman, on 40 memorable years with Krusinski Construction Company.

As a family-owned business, Jerry is grateful to his brother Joe Krusinski, Sr., for giving him the opportunity to join the company after graduating from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. From sweeping floors and moving construction materials around the jobsite during summer months to full-time employment, Jerry grew into a vital leadership role at KCC, handling complex projects, building lasting relationships and expanding our national reach with our partners and clients.

Jerry transitioned from managing projects to being named CEO in 2005, and his diligence, persistence and ability to foster relationships played a crucial role in the company's growth. His personal and professional commitment to always doing the Right Thing fueled his confidence to continue to thrive. He has mentored many of our future leaders, allowing the company to build for generations to come.

"Krusinski is a company built on Core Values with unlimited opportunities to learn, grow and be a part of shaping the future," says Jerry. "We have an outstanding and hard-working KRU that ensures our partners and clients have an excellent building experience, focusing on the details in a positive work environment where everyone is truly a part of the KCC family. I am proud of Krusinski and what we have built over the last 50 years, and I am thrilled to see what the next 50 will entail."

With his recent transition to Executive Chairman, Jerry is proud to see the hard work and success continue at Krusinski Construction, as the KRU meets and exceeds the organization's goals every day.

Jerry is a proud AWEA (American Wind Energy Association) and Chicago Building Congress member and helped found the I-39 Logistics Corridor Association in DeKalb County. He has also led projects at the ChicagoWest Business Center, implementing new business avenues for Krusinski with the partnership of DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC).

Congratulations to Jerry on many years of success and memories at Krusinski. We truly appreciate your leadership and guidance and look forward to your continued inspiration and drive to guide us into the next generation.
