Jerry joined the firm in 1984 after his brother, Joe, asked him to come aboard and assist him in building a great family business. As Executive Chairman, Jerry handles the firm’s strategic operations in addition to executive oversight on client projects and relationships. He is active in several industry associations, including Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). He serves on several committees through the years at Baker Memorial United Methodist Church.

He was also one of the founding members of the Illinois Data Center Incentive Coalition that recently succeeded in offering tax incentives to attract data center companies to the state.

Jerry is a graduate of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Windy City Chapter and recently completed his O.U.P.V. Captains License with the U.S Coast Guard. He enjoys spending time on his boat, Elysian.
