Neely brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry to Krusinski Construction. She is responsible for leading the strategy on identifying opportunities and trends in pre-construction, as well as the implementation and process development of the pre-construction team and its processes. She assesses immediate project needs by monitoring the design progress for compliance with well-defined criteria of the program, cost, schedule and quality for every project.

She combines her background in Architecture and Civil Engineering to her approach and delivery for every project.

Neely is a LEED, BD +C accredited professional and holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering — both from the University of Illinois.

When away from the office, Neely cuts a rug ballroom dancing and enjoys  spending time with family and friends and traveling.
