10,500-sf partial office renovation for CN Railway’s Homewood Administration Building (HAB).
The project includes selective demolition and upgrades to the building’s 1st floor, including:
- New private offices
- Enlarged conference room
- New ceiling tiles and LED Lighting
- New carpet
- Upgraded finishes and new furniture installation
