This 10,600-square-foot, ground-up office provided a unique challenge by being adjacent to live railroad tracks. The team worked around the occupied site to complete a two-story building with an elevator, locker room and office space for the employees of CN Markham. The repeat client in Hazel Crest, Illinois replaced an existing building on the 2.25-acre site.
