Located on a 330,400 square-foot site, 58,000-square-foot warehouse with a 24-foot clear height, 2 interior docks, 2 drive-in doors and parking for 90 cars. Construction began with the renovation of an existing 30,000 square-foot custom ink manufacturing facility and included a 28,000-square-foot addition. This renovation and addition were completed within a 10-month construction schedule with production maintained for all but 4 days.
