The existing 110,000-square-foot facility underwent a partial demolition with the remaining 84,000-square-feet receiving extensive renovations. The renovated facility received a 25,500-square-foot warehouse addition with a 24-foot clear height, 3 exterior docks and 1 drive-in door.
