Krusinski Construction completed a re-development project for Dayton Street Partners that transformed a former industrial site into a modern truck maintenance facility.
Phase one involved the demolition of a 42,000-SF masonry building, replaced by a heavy-duty asphalt parking lot with a Contech underground detention system. The secured, fenced lot includes 22 vehicle stalls and 27 trailer stalls.
Renovations to the existing 32,935-SF warehouse included a new storefront system entrance, a 2,000-SF spec office buildout with LED lighting, and improvements to the warehouse area. Ten 12′ x 14′ overhead drive-in doors were added along the exterior wall adjacent to the new parking lot to support truck access and operations.
Additional scope included minor roof repairs, exterior painting of precast panels and IMP siding, new landscaping and installation of protective bollards. The project was completed in just five months with no disruption to surrounding residents or businesses.
