Krusinski Construction completed the ground-up construction and tenant buildout for DSV Global Transport & Logistics at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment in Bensenville, Illinois.
The newly constructed precast building includes 307,738 SF of warehouse space with 40-foot clear height, 72 loading docks, air freight doors, two drive-in doors and a 975-SF trucker’s lounge.
Interior features include 5,100 SF of office space with private offices, conference rooms, open workspace, a spacious breakroom and ADA-compliant restrooms. The building also features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, a secured entry gate and parking for 251 vehicles.
DSV leased the facility from ML Realty Partners following Krusinski’s construction of four speculative warehouse buildings at Mohawk Terrace. The space was then customized to meet DSV’s operational and office needs.
