Renovations of an existing 250,000-SF warehouse facility in Bridgeview, Illinois to accommodate a new delivery station. The interior scope of work for the facility included the construction of new office spaces and restrooms, new mechanical equipment, lighting upgrades, high speed overhead doors, steel reinforcement for openings, and warehouse and power/data feeds as required to service the mechanical handling equipment and tenant module stations.
Phase II included an expansion of the existing training room from 2,300 SF to 2,700 SF. The work of this scope consisted of the addition of one wall, there location of a double door, room finishes and ceiling work.
