Expansion of an occupied facility including upgrades to a 19,108-SF aerosol cage, followed by warehouse improvements throughout the existing 558,695-SF fulfillment center for a large e-commerce client. Upgrades include HVLS fan replacements, additional HVAC accommodations, a new Training Room, restroom upgrades, alteration of a new Mother’s Room and Break room renovations.
Exterior work includes re-working the existing entrance to provide a ramp to comply with ADA accessibility.
