Phased expansion of an occupied facility for a large e-commerce client. The project included upgrades to a 19,108-SF aerosol cage and warehouse improvements throughout the existing 558,695-SF fulfillment center. Interior upgrades featured HVLS fan replacements, a new RTU, fire shutter door installation, existing fire alarm system upgrades, additional HVAC accommodations, a new training room, restroom enhancements, modifications for a new mother’s room and break room renovations.
Exterior improvements included reconfiguring the existing entrance to provide an ADA-compliant ramp.
