The interior build-out of a 291,000-square-foot delivery station with 10,000-square-feet of office for a future delivery station. The scope included an additional build-out of a 212,000-square-foot interior parking lot. Renovations to the delivery station warehouse included a new maintenance area, new bathrooms, lighting upgrades, power and data feeds, new dock equipment, slab polishing and a new signage package. The interior parking lot received upgraded lighting package, unisex restrooms and typical parking lot striping.
