Renovations to an existing 200,000-square-foot warehouse to accommodate a new fulfillment center for a large, national e-commerce tenant. Scope included ten dock positions with three drive-in/out doors, minor demolition of existing equipment, and construction of new office space, restrooms and mechanical equipment.
