Renovations of an existing 250,000-square-foot warehouse facility to accommodate a new AMZL delivery station. The interior scope of work includes the construction of new office spaces and restrooms, new mechanical equipment, lighting upgrades, high speed overhead doors, steel reinforcement for openings, and warehouse and power/data feeds as required to service the mechanical handling equipment and tenant module stations. Exterior construction activities includes new concrete entrance/exit ramps as well as asphalt & concrete patching.
