The existing shell building received major build-out and interior renovations including an 18,000 square-foot office area completed in 11 weeks. The 100,000 square-foot warehouse / manufacturing / process area included new and relocated owner equipment requiring structural steel modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure as well as several structural slab enhancements.
