Before construction of the new 40,000-square-foot facility could occur, demolition of an existing 60,000-square-foot building was completed. The new
distribution facility features 24 exterior docks and 1 drive-in door with a clear height of 24 feet. The 2.75 acre site provides parking for 32 cars and 29 trailer
storage spaces. Under an aggressive construction schedule, the new facility was constructed from start to finish in 5 months.
