A 21,700-square-foot interior renovation within the International Airport Centers (IAC) 46,300-square-foot facility previously built by Krusinski Construction Company. This facility is used for fish production, fish distribution and minor cooler production and allows the tenant to service additional wholesalers. The scope included the construction of new production rooms with new refrigeration, lighting systems, floor drains, insulated metal panels and epoxy flooring systems. A new freezer was provided within the expansion space to accommodate the increased production of the facility and a secondary 7,200-square-foot office space was constructed to facilitate additional employee activities.
