Site renovations and east elevation shell improvements to accommodate the requirements of Yusen Logistics. Site work includes new truck courts and trailer storage areas for operation/maneuvering, along with the addition of employee parking as necessary to meet local requirements. Shell improvements include adding 40 dock doors and pit levelers to service Yusen’s operational needs.
