Design-build project for Kraft Heinz to build one of the largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) distribution center in North America.
The 775,487-sf, state-of-the-art, automated warehouse distribution center is classified as a S-1 storage facility and includes:
- 418,460 sf of conventional warehouse space
- 320,137 sf for a 24/7 Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) with 115' high rack supported structure
- 10,634 sf of accessory office space
- 3,765 sf of breakrooms
Site development includes off-site Gurler Road improvements, deep sanitary extension, gated guardhouse, 95 truck docks, 384 trailer parking stalls, 239 vehicle parking stalls with (4) EV charging stations and a 2-mile rail line spur into the building with access to national railway, served by Union Pacific Railroad.
