This 66,700-square-foot facility is on a 3.6-acre site and includes a 1,400-square-foot office area, a 20-foot clear height, one drive-thru canopy, and parking for 17 cars with future expansion for an additional 22 cars. The project began with the demolition of an existing 1-story building on-site.
