The 54,000 square-foot building includes a 10,000 square-foot, 2-story office space. The remaining 44,000 square-foot area is used for maintenance of emergency and state snow plows and salt trucks. The entire facility was built using heavy-duty construction to accommodate drive-thru service bays. The service area features trench drains throughout, hydraulic truck lifts, and a fully computerized and automated lubrication dispensing system. The facility incorporates a CO-RAY-VAC infrared heating system, a vehicle emissions exhaust system and air make-up units.
