To make your project end on a high note, we obtain all guarantees and warranties and related paperwork, and provide you with the equipment brochures, operating manuals and as-built drawings. We also provide a list of expiration dates for all guarantees and warranty periods.

Our team provides training for the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems so that your service provider or building engineer can take-over with confidence after the final walk-through. We customize a video for you in which we demonstrate how to maintain your building’s unique systems.
