Phase I involved the refacing of 149,478 square-feet of existing retail space matching it to the 53,342 square-feet of additional space built in Phase II. 272 additional car parking was added to the existing 563. The entire center is load-bearing block and brick and features a 340-foot by 70-foot underground stormwater retention area.
