This 190,000 square-foot bakery expansion features three equipment mezzanines totaling 16,000 square-feet. The mezzanine structure is steel framed with interior load bearing columns and includes areas for mechanical equipment, basket washers and tray storage, wash rooms, offices, & ancillary spaces. The production line includes a fully automated pan bread line and a high-speed, artisan-quality hearth bread line. The facility contains 26 loading docks, 7,500 square-feet of office space and 220 parking spaces.
