Our relationship with repeat client Flavorchem continues with this project which involves converting a 15,000-sf gymnastics facility into a warehouse.
Work entails demolishing an existing office block to build a new office space, adding two new loading docks, installing a new drive-in refrigerator and further construction to support the installation of new owner equipment and racking.
Additional work includes installing a new roof and converting a public road into a private access road, restricting access to through traffic. The private road was enhanced with a new gate and landscaping islands.
