Renovation and expansion of the existing building to support the liquid flavoring operation. The project included construction of general office space, flammable warehouse, three production rooms, locker and break rooms, QC labs and conference rooms. The scope also included establishing a link between two buildings on the campus. The project achieved a LEED Silver designation.
