Renovations of an existing 115,000-square-foot warehouse facility to accommodate a new delivery station. The interior scope of work for the facility included the construction of new office spaces and restrooms (8,000-square-feet total), new mechanical equipment, lighting upgrades, and warehouse and power/data feeds as required. Exterior construction activities included a new steel canopy, new concrete dock apron, as well as concrete/asphalt patching.
