A 350,000-square-foot renovation of an existing building to accommodate a delivery station and interior parking garage for our large, national e-commerce client. The project was a fast track site within an occupied building which provided unique challenges for the team to overcome. The scope included 13,000-square-foot of office space, 616 parking stalls and three new drive-in doors.
