The building has three glass entryways and is a multi-tenant facility containing 38 truck docks with the ability to expand by 28 more. It also delivers 83 on-site trailer parking stalls with 311 car spaces and 2-drive-in doors. A series of vertically orientated sections of curtain wall glass articulate the recessed main entrances creating a striking appeal to this functional building. This is Krusinski’s third facility in the Heritage Crossing Business Park.
