A multi-phased building renovation and expansion within International Airport Centers (IAC) for Ethos Seafood and their 46,300-square-foot refrigeration facility used for fish production, fish distribution and minor cooler production. Phase one included the renovation for a 1,600-square-foot office area in an existing vacant tenant space. Phase two included a 21,700-square-foot interior renovation with the construction of new production rooms with new refrigeration, lighting systems, floor drains, insulated metal panels and epoxy flooring systems. A new freezer was provided within the expansion space to accommodate the increased production of the facility and a secondary 7,200-square-foot office space was constructed to facilitate additional employee activities. This space allows the tenant to now service additional wholesalers.
