New construction of a ground-up, 101,000-square-foot office, shop and manufacturing building split between two tenants on an 8.8-acre site. The 100,000-square-foot space is an extension to Camcraft’s existing facility in Hanover Park, Illinois. The manufacturing and office space included a 4,317-square-foot office space.
