HAUMILLER ENGINEERING

Corporate Office / Interiors Manufacturing / Industrial

This state-of-the-art sustainable facility consists of a branded entryway, modern design and precision based color palette which breaks away from traditional industrial norms and welcomes clients and guests with an open and airy atmosphere. A collaborative work area is a step away from the heart of the company where the firm designs and builds high-speed assembly machines for their clients. The contemporary office design promotes employee movement throughout the day and the interior finishes and details bolster a natural, cozy feeling with a cutting-edge attractiveness. This is demonstrated by the Town Hall lunch area which offers a view of the plant with two lookout windows. The exterior of the building includes aluminum panels at the entry, exterior LED lighting, two truck docks, one drive-in door, a 145 car parking lot and a custom stone wall for seating around the flag pole.

Krusinski Construction completed both phases of this project. Phase one included the ground-up construction of this 56,700-square-foot manufacturing facility. Phase two included the addition of 30,000-square-feet. The scope consisted of a 57 parking stall addition, a conference room, additional restrooms and a two-office addition with three entry ways for employees and equipment to travel through.
