A food preparation facility with temperatures maintained at 41 degrees and in large freezer area at -10 degrees. This building includes a glass main entry façade with custom glass elevator and full-height glass curtain framing at the exterior walls. There are custom pits for food preparation operations with built-in heating components. This building also includes a fully automated SmartWall system which separates the test and training kitchen. This building has received its LEED certification.
