The newly constructed precast building features a 24,500-sf office space with private offices, conference rooms, open workspace, ADA compliant bathrooms and a spacious breakroom. There is also a 297,238-sf warehouse with 40’ clear height, 59 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors. The exterior features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, walkways, new landscaping and 422 vehicle parking stalls.
Prior to the tenant build-out, Krusinski Construction constructed multiple speculative warehouse buildings at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment and Apex Logistics leased one of the buildings from ML Realty Partners.
