The building includes a 307,738-sf warehouse space with 40’ clear height, 72 loading docks, air freight doors, 2 drive-in doors and a 975-sf trucker's lounge.
The newly constructed precast building features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, 5,100-sf office space with private offices, conference rooms and an open workspace area. There is also a spacious breakroom, ADA compliant bathrooms, security gate and 251 vehicle parking stalls.
Prior to the tenant build-out, Krusinski Construction constructed multiple speculative warehouse buildings at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment and DSV leased one of the buildings from ML Realty Partners.
