Build-outs within three large speculative warehouses built by Krusinski Construction at the former Maywood Park Racetrack, now known as Chariot Logistics Center. The first 135,000-square-foot building is a full e-commerce delivery center build-out with an exterior loadout canopy. This delivery center has approximately 10,000-square-feet of office space and the other two buildings were converted into a 252,000-square-foot interior parking lot and a 236,000-square-foot second interior parking lot. The interior renovations to the warehouse included the buildout of the office space and restrooms, the addition of new dock equipment and MEP systems.
