Renovation of Pierrot Gourmet, a high-end luxury French-European Cafe located at The Peninsula Chicago Hotel in the Gold Coast neighborhood.

The bright, colorful renovated dining space features a floating drywall ceiling, LED lighting, mirrors, custom millwork, ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring. Along the dining space, there are ovens, glass shelves, a refrigerated glass display and multiple, French double doors that were refurbished with new hardware and a fresh coat of grassy green paint. There are also multiple service stations with new granite countertops and cabinets installed throughout the café. The back of the house has new and upgraded kitchen equipment, plumbing fixtures and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) walls.

In addition to new carpet tile and acoustical ceiling in the lobby, the café also has a renovated restroom with new plumbing fixtures, a touchless sensor activated handwashing faucet, an automatic hand dryer, new floor and wall ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling and custom millwork.
