Tenant build-out for Apex Logistics at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment in Bensenville, IL.
The newly constructed precast building features a 24,500-SF office space with private offices, conference rooms, open workspace, ADA compliant bathrooms and a spacious breakroom. There is also a 297,238-SF warehouse with 40’ clear height, 59 loading docks and two drive-in doors.
The exterior features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, walkways, new landscaping and parking for 422 vehicles.
Prior to the tenant build-out, Krusinski Construction constructed four speculative warehouse buildings at Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment and Apex Logistics leased one of the buildings from ML Realty Partners.
