The interior build-out of an existing 45,600-SF warehouse for our large, national e-commerce client. The scope consisted of 9,200 SF of office space, a new maintenance area, site improvements, lighting upgrades and the addition of power/data feeds to material handling equipment. The delivery center was a former automobile service building located in the southeast section of Akron, Ohio.
