Phase one included the renovation of an 86,800-square-foot building to accommodate a delivery center and office space for a large, national
e-commerce client.
Phase two included the construction of a 22,250-square-foot canopy addition to an occupied distribution facility. This redevelopment included state/municipal right-of-way that includes new acceleration and deacceleration lanes, a center turn lane, and relocation of an existing water main. The scope also included the development of a six-acre area to accommodate 660 new parking stalls.
