Interior renovations to an existing 166,700-squarefoot warehouse facility to accommodate a new distribution center for a large, national e-commerce tenant. The interior scope included the construction of 4,200-square-feet of additional office and restroom space, lighting upgrades, new mechanical equipment, and high-speed overhead doors. The scope also included an additional 79 interior car and van parking stalls and seven loading docks. Exterior work consisted of new landscaping with new asphalt and concrete.
