The new construction of a 220,000-square-foot speculative warehouse facility for our repeat client, IAC (International Airport Centers). Located in Louisville, KY, this design-build project features space for two future office spaces, each approximately 4,000 square feet.
Located on a 12-acre lot, the building has 25 loading docks with space for 10 future docks, 2 drive-in doors with 32’ clear height and parking for 165 vehicles and 35 trailers.
