Interior build-out featuring 293,350 SF of warehouse and office space for PSS Distribution Services, including a full-height tenant demising wall and truck court. The project includes 3,000 SF of main office space and 1,000 SF of shipping office with warehouse lighting and electrical improvements.
Located on a 34-acre site, this food-grade facility was fitted with an exterior and interior pest prevention seal, as well as floor caulking and dock brush seals. Enhancements to the dock levelers were added to the existing dock pits, providing a total of 58 cross-dock positions, with 134 car parking stalls, 80 trailer parking stalls and two drive-in doors.
Krusinski previously completed the construction of the 560,030-SF multi-tenant speculative warehouse facility in Dallas, Texas, for longtime client IAC Properties. This marked Krusinski’s first ground-up project in the state of Texas and 11th ground-up development for IAC Properties. |
