IRG Realty Advisors contracted Krusinski Construction to repurpose the vacant 256,000-sf Caterpillar Tractor Company facility into a warehouse with distribution capabilities.
Since the former heavy equipment manufacturing facility was originally developed in the 1950’s, post-WWII, structural and MEP upgrades were necessary to accommodate present day applications.
In addition to excavation, masonry and concrete work, our scope of work also includes the addition of 25 docks and creating a 520-ft depressed dock on the South East side of the facility.
