The LEED Silver Certified newly constructed precast building features a 19,500-sf office space with private offices, conference rooms, open workspace, ADA compliant bathrooms and a spacious breakroom. There's also a 364,377-sf warehouse with 40’ clear height, 65 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors and a 1,900-sf trucker’s lounge.
The exterior features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, walkways, new landscaping, a TPO roofing system and parking for 246 vehicles and 50 trailers.
Prior to the tenant build-out, Krusinski Construction constructed multiple speculative warehouse buildings at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment and UPS leased one of the buildings from Prologis.
